CANCELLATION POLICY
Adorn implements a cancellation policy that incurs a fee of 50% of the booked service fee for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. This policy is designed to accommodate our scheduling needs and ensure fairness for all clients. In the event of a no-show for a scheduled appointment, Adorn retains the right to charge the full service fee, amounting to 100%. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these policies, which help us maintain quality service for all clients. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
